1. Keep the hair CLEAN.Suggest wash the hair at least once or twice a week.
2. Wash in one direction from top to bottom mixing shampoo &conditioner,then Rinse it out with clean water.
3. Brush the hair starting from the bottom and work your way up gradually to the top after washing( If it is hair weaving, please remember to hold it with the other hand to keep the hair from shedding.)
4. Keep the hair from dryness. Dilute the conditioner(10%-15%) with water (85%-90%) and use it as a hair spray everyday before brushing hair.
5. Advisable to order virgin hair, natural color and natural straight if you want to tint, color, perm the hair by yourself.
6. All Curly or Wavy Style, after washing, you'd better blot the water on the hair with a dry towel, then fix the curl or wavy to its original pattern. after natural air drying, the curl can be kept as original.

If you want to change the lace color or do more customization cap size, length, cap structure or density, please contact us to get a price quotation. Please note that production time for a customized wig takes about 15-20 working days.
Due to the nature of natural hair, the color may vary under different light setting such as indoor lighting and under sunlight.
Color that appears on your screen could vary from the original color of the wig due to different screen settings.
Measurement and Size Chart
Measure around your head at the hairline. The tape should be just above the ear and along your natural hairline.
Measure your head from the nape over the crown to the top of your forehead where your natural hairline is.
Measure your head from the top of one ear, over the crown to the top of the other
Please keep in mind that your piece may or may not have slightly visible knots. Knots can only be bleached so much before the integrity of the knots are compromised, so some pieces will still show darker knots than others, even after bleaching.
This is considered lightly bleached. Knots can easily be disguised and concealed with makeup concealer, translucent powder, or a light highlighting or eye shadow powder.
Returns & Exchanges
Our refund policy lasts:
5 Days for Human hair wigs.
30 Days for Synthetic wigs.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange after days have passed.
Returns must be received by the courier of your choice within a week of receiving the package in its original condition with all accessories still attached. Returns are eligible for orders delivered within 7 days.
We are closed on Sundays so make sure you plan ahead to contact us for a return.
Your return will be refused if it is postmarked after the final day. In the event of a return you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
To be eligible for a return, your wig/topper/extensions must be
Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
Unworn and lace uncut, hair uncut, no color or cap adjustments made.
It must also be in the original packaging and include any gifts if any such as wig grips.
Shipping a wig back with clips open will result in severe tangling of the hair and may cause damage to the product. In the event your wig is returned in this way we have the right to refuse it or assess an additional $19 restocking fee.
All shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be charged restocking fees and shipping charges if you are an international customer and do not select to pay import/brokerage fees.
Rejecting a delivery or refusing to pick up an item as required may result in the item being sent back. This qualifies as an unauthorized return and increases the risk of loss of the package. If an unauthorized return is received by us it will be returned to you.
Our customer service team will provide you with the return address after receiving your return request at email@example.com. In your email please include your tracking ID and whether you want a refund or a store credit so we know how to process your order.
On sale and custom-made (dye) wigs are non refundable.
Any items purchased through Sezzle, Affirm, AFTERPAY, Shoppay or other Payment Plan options cannot be returned or exchanged.

Production time may take up to 10 days and up to 20 working days for customized wigs.
All prices on the website exclude shipping fees. Your INNERBELLEZZA hair wigs are shipped from our warehouse located in Houston, America and China. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We ship worldwide!

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed to the e-mail address provided at the time of checkout. You will receive a second e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us.

All packages imported to your country may be subject to customs, taxes or other fees. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Please contact your country's customs office prior to purchasing for respective charges and rates on packages coming from outside of your country.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
We want to make sure you receive your INNERBELLEZZA hair wigs, so make sure you enter the right shipping address and right contact name of the person who will be able to receive it. This is your responsibility. If you make a mistake, or things change, write to us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we may be able to modify your order. If your order is already processing or has been shipped, we are no longer able to change the address. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter their shipping address correctly.Please be sure to double check the address you have entered as we can not be responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered. The only thing we can do after your order has been shipped, is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. After we received, we can then ship the package to the right address. The additional costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
